1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AnimeComponents ecosystem (Zenith Gear), the user agrees to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these, you must not proceed with the purchase of hardware on our platform.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, peripheral designs, logos, and audiovisual material (Cloudinary videos) are the exclusive property of ANIME COMPONENTS or are appropriately licensed. The use of the "Zenith Certified Authentic" seal without authorization is strictly prohibited.
3. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify prices and stock (via Supabase) at any time without prior notice. Due to the custom nature of our hardware (Print on Demand), colors and finishes may vary slightly from the digital renders.
4. Limitation of Liability
AnimeComponents is not responsible for damages resulting from intensive or incorrect use of the peripherals, such as liquid spills on electronic components or natural wear and tear due to friction on gaming pads.
For any legal dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, operating under the European Union regulations for electronic commerce.
