Order Management
Will I receive updates on my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us confirming this along with tracking details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once we start production on an order, we cannot cancel it and the sale is final. If you want to cancel or change an order, please let us know within 2 hours of placing your order. If we have not started on production we can fulfill your request.

About the origin of the designs
At AnimeComponents, we operate under two lines: 1. Our exclusive **Zenith** range, which consists of 100% original designs and is the legitimate intellectual property of our brand. 2. Anime-inspired designs, which are considered **fan-made** material created by fans for fans, always respecting the spirit of the community.
What image quality should I expect?
To ensure a premium finish, we process all designs with 150 DPI being the best for print. HD wallpapers usually have the level of detail that we recommend having when submitting a design.
Technical Specifications
What materials are the mousepads made of?
We use high-density microfiber optimized for high-performance optical sensors and a 3mm to 4mm non-slip natural rubber base for maximum stability.
How do I clean my mousepad?
Our mousepads are hand-washable. We recommend using cold water and neutral soap. It is vital to let it air dry and **never use a dryer**, as extreme heat can damage the rubber base.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
If your product is faulty, please get in touch via our contact us page. Due to the made to order nature of the product, all refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis. If the returns reason is due to a customer error, then the return cannot be accepted.
